- 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels, steamed
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Butter
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder or add as per taste
- 1-2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Black Salt or Regular salt as required
- Heat Butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the Sweet Corn Kernels and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the Chilli Powder, Chaat Masala, Lemon juice and Salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2.
- Serve immediately.
